Case Study : 7th Challenge

I've been a bad blogger lately... So sorry for being missing for so long. I had so many weddings to shoot for the month of Sept & Oct... In fact, Pixous is fully booked till Nov...

Last Sunday, I had the chance to make a card... A card for My Parents who's celebrating their anniversary end of this month. Surprised my mum with a bouquet of flowers and this card... :D

Also, this card is for the 7th Case study challenge by Mariana Grigsby. Here's the case :

I love how green, pink & blue blend so well together

Another baby card!

This card is for a friend who recently became a father to a baby boy... another September baby... ^_^ like me.

I paper-pieced a blue bib, simple bow and lace on the card... which goes so well with the Lush papers from My mind's eye. Walnut cream cardstock is so easy to use, thanks to Sheila (Smida Paper) for recommending.

Simple and cute take... :)

Also on the side note, SELAMAT HARI RAYA to all my muslim friends and readers who will be celebrating. Those who are traveling, drive home safe... and happy holidays.

Lots of love,
Josie

What's in Your Stockings?

I remember how I used to believe in Santa Claus... Every Christmas eve, I would place my socks at my window and I would wake up to presents on Christmas mornings. I missed those days...
It was only when my Aunt migrated to the United States, I realized that Santa was actually my Aunt... So since, there were no more presents when I hang my socks :) LOL

The close ups:

The Recipe:
Pattern paper : Cosmo Cricket (Early Bird), My Mind's Eye (Cute, Lush)
Stamps : Hero Arts
Embellishments : Brads (Making Memories)
Tools : Fiskar's Threading Water Punch

Thank you for dropping by...

Back On Track~

I'm so sorry I have been missing for a bout a week...
Hubby was admitted to the hospital for dengue fever, therefore, I have been busy running around making sure that everything is okay... The only card i made last week, was a Get well Soon card for hubby...

He's getting well and home now :) Yeay! So this week, I manage to find time to make cards.
I bought some papers from Smida paper during the class and it was so sweet and cute that I had to make something out of it...

Here's the first card :

The Recipe
Pattern paper : My Mind's Eye Lush & Cute papers
Stamps : Hero Arts
Embellishments : Buttons, Lace

Love Lots,
Josie
